A charming stay in Providencia

The staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent suggestions for local restaurants, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the beautiful Providencia neighborhood. The breakfast was tasty and kept us energized for our adventures!

However, the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable during our stay, which made it tough to plan our outings. Additionally, the noise from the street and nearby rooms could be disruptive at times, so light sleepers should be aware.

Charming Spot with Friendly Staff

Had a delightful stay! Room provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after city explorations. The fresh baked croissants were a lovely touch during breakfast. Make sure to explore nearby restaurants for delicious local cuisine. An early check-in option allowed us to maximize our time in the city.

The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it difficult to plan our daily activities. The breakfast was consistently disappointing, lacking variety and often served with empty coffee pots. Additionally, the absence of an elevator posed a significant challenge, especially when lugging heavy bags up the steep stairs.

the staff were nice enough, but it took forever to fix our window shade, which was in total disarray. and could someone explain why there is no elevator, especially when carrying heavy bags? as someone who expects only the best, i truly thought i woudl be treated like royalty, but alas, here we are.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the Wi-Fi didn't work very well during my stay. Excellent location near Manuel Montt Metro.

Casadetodos is a gem! The traditional Marche products are unbeatable, and I loved chatting with locals while savoring fresh pastries at nearby Cafe Cascanueces. The staff, especially Fernanda and Guadeloupe, were a godsend, making sure I had everything during my stay.

Though the air conditioning in my Standard Double Room wasn’t working, a night breeze from the window brought the perfect chill. Plus, those exciting local eats nearby made it all worthwhile!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Casadetodos! The location was superb, nestled on a quiet street yet close to the lively Providencia neighborhood. The kids loved the spacious outdoor area to run around while we relaxed. We appreciated how close the hotel was to local restaurants where we enjoyed amazing ceviche. The staff really went above and beyond for us throughout our stay.

the heating was a challenge. but the breakfast had fresh croissants & scrambled eggs served on request. my room was spacious and included a desk & hanging space. staff were always welcoming and helpful!

Amazing place with great amenities like free parking, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, and their hospitality is always excellent. I’ll keep coming back for a city break!
